Weston brings a diverse professional background to Bjorklund Bros Fishing Co., with experience in emergency medical services (EMS), sales, management, and the skilled trades. His focus on safety, communication, and customer service helps create an enjoyable experience for every guest who steps on the boat.

As a father of two daughters, family is at the center of everything Weston does. When he's not on the water, you'll usually find him spending time with his family, watching or playing sports, or exploring Idaho's outdoors. Fishing has always been one of his greatest passions, and he's excited to share that passion with others.

Weston manages the company's website, social media, and marketing efforts, but his favorite part of the job is connecting with people. He believes the best charters don't end with satisfied customers—they end with new friends and lasting memories.

Cody is a former Air Traffic Controller whose vision and passion for bowfishing laid the foundation for Bjorklund Bros Fishing Co. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and love for the outdoors have helped shape the business from the very beginning.

Outside of guiding, Cody enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, following sports, and taking advantage of everything Idaho's outdoors has to offer. Whether he's on the water or off, family is always his top priority.

Known as the team's gear guru, Cody is constantly fine-tuning equipment and looking for ways to improve the experience for every guest. His favorite part of guiding is seeing clients connect on fish, celebrate great shots, and leave the boat with stories they'll be talking about long after the trip is over..
